Returned merchandise is physically received within 30 days of purchase date (45 days for international mail); If you need a prepaid shipping label we can send by email
If after you purchase an item, you decide you want to cancel (after it has been shipped) when you receive the package **DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE** mark the package “REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER” and it will be returned back to us and a full refund will be issued.
